Valorous Mills, doing business as Mills Film Transfer, of Lincoln, Nebraska, filed an application with the Nebraska Public Service Commission for authority to establish a motor carrier express tariff on general commodities between Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. The Nebraska Public Service Commission denied the application and Mills has appealed.
