The defendant was charged with the crime of burglary and was convicted by a jury. He was sentenced to not less than one nor more than three years in the penitentiary. He appeals his conviction on the ground that the court erred in refusing to give the defendant's requested instruction on sanity since the evidence raised a reasonable doubt as to the defendant's sanity at the time...
