This is an appeal of a summary judgment of the District Court dismissing the demands of the third party plaintiffs, appellants in this case, Jon Kiggans, David Schneblen, Bill Garlington, and their insurer Associated Indemnity Corporation, for indemnification under a contract between Dow Chemical Company and National Maintenance Corporation.
