This is a wrongful death action brought by an administrator duly appointed by the Probate Court for the District of Washington, State of Vermont. It is brought to recover pecuniary damages for the benefit of the widow and next of kin of Norman Burrington who died as a result of an automobile accident on June 27, 1972, upon a public highway in the State of Maine.
