Plaintiff Michael E. Pinneo appeals from a summary judgment dismissing his action for personal injuries against the defendant Riblet Tramway Company, Inc., on the ground that the statute of limitation encompassed in RCW 4.16.300-.3201 barred the action as a matter of law. The judgment is affirmed.
