These are consolidated appeals. Appellant Raleigh challenges his conviction on two counts of keeping a bawdy or disorderly house, namely the Raleigh House, at 1502 — 13th Street, N.W., in violation of D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2722. The government appeals the trial court's refusal to enter an order abating the nuisance of the Raleigh House as required by D.C.Code 1973, § 22-2717.
