This is a damage action by plaintiff, a horseback rider, to recover for personal injuries and the loss of the horse as the result of being struck by defendant Dana M. Siekman's automobile. Plaintiff's action against defendant Siekman and another defendant, Edward E. Hall, was dismissed.
