Imperial Drum and Bugle Corps, Inc., and four other nonprofit corporations instituted this action to prevent the City of Seattle from taxing gambling revenue received before the ordinance imposing the tax was in effect. The trial court granted summary judgment dismissing the complaint and the organizations appeal.
