This appeal is from an order denying a motion to dismiss the Government's petition for revocation of probation and revoking appellant's probation. Appellant complains on appeal that he was not afforded the preliminary probable cause hearing mandated by Gagnon v. Scarpelli, 411 U.S. 778, 781-82, 93 S.Ct. 1756, 36 L.Ed.2d 656 (1973), and that he was not taken before the court for the district having jurisdiction...
