The appellant, Ralph Templeton, filed this workmen's compensation case against appellee, Unigard Security Insurance Company. Upon receipt of a jury verdict wherein the jury found that appellant was not an employee of the alleged employer at the time he was hurt the trial court rendered judgment decreeing that the appellant recover nothing from the appellee.
