The respondent, Dale G. Yoakum, was licensed to practice law by this court on September 17, 1963. The attorney general filed a formal complaint against the respondent, charging him in two counts with misconduct in violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility. The respondent answered this complaint. Subsequently, the attorney general filed an amended complaint containing eight counts. The respondent did not file an answer to this complaint...
