Plaintiff-appellant, Felix Canova, Sr., appeals the denial of his request for a permanent injunction prohibiting the defendants-appellees, Frederick St. Germain and his wife, Lena St. Germain, from operating a beauty salon on certain property in the subdivision known as "Pizzolato Subdivision," Ascension Parish.
