This is a products liability case in which the appellant was injured while driving a 1969 Ford Ranch Wagon, one which had been driven 44,000 miles. The judgment which is appealed from is based upon a jury verdict in favor of the defendant Ford Motor Company. The cause was appealed previously. There had been a jury trial on the other occasion.
