This concursus proceeding concerns the right to landowner's royalty attributable to land within a portion of Highway 90 in the City of Jennings. Pioneer Production Corporation, owner of leases from the City of Jennings and the heirs of John Segraves, deposited the royalty attributable to said property within the court registry and impleaded those opposing claimants to assert their rights.
