Plaintiff is the holder of two promissory notes, each secured by conventional mortgage on immovable property situated in Concordia Parish, Louisiana, and belonging to defendant corporation. One is in the amount of $250,000.00 and the other in the amount of $70,000.00 (First and Second mortgages respectively).
