HARBISON, Justice.

This is a workmen's compensation action in which appellee, an employee of Klopman Mills, sued his employer, alleging that he sustained a compensable heart attack in the scope and course of his employment. This contention was denied by the employer, which alleged that the employee had suffered from an illness not covered by workmen's compensation, and that his medical and hospital bills had been paid through group insurance coverage...
