This litigation arose out of the operation of a sawmill by Emil A. Hein (hereafter referred to as the appellant) on property which he owns and which is situated approximately eleven miles west of the town of Dubois, Wyoming. The appellant's neighbors brought the action seeking injunctive relief with respect to the operation of the appellant's sawmill.
