Defendant Reliance Insurance Company appeals an award of $1,741.90 to plaintiff Joseph Raggio made under Reliance's uninsured motorist coverage. Alternatively it appeals the dismissal of its demand for contribution by another uninsured motorist carrier, defendant Safeco Insurance Company. Finally, it appeals the dismissal of its claim for indemnity from the underinsured tortfeasor, defendant Eugene LaCour. We affirm all holdings except the denial of...
