Defendant, James H. Michael, appeals from an order of the district court denying a motion for a new trial or in the alternative, amended findings of fact, conclusions of law, and order for judgment, following a judgment entered in favor of plaintiffs, coexecutors of the estate of Kenneth J. Schug. We affirm in part and remand for further proceedings.
