The facts as alleged in the complaint are essentially as follows: One Roy McKnight had a commodities futures trading account with Plaintiff E. F. Hutton; Defendant Lewis was the account executive in charge of this account; on May 22, 1975, defendant sold short, for July 1975 delivery, a number of pork belly futures without authorization from McKnight.
