Appellant was charged and found guilty of the murder of Donnie Edward Douglas on December 21, 1974, while engaged in the perpetration of the crime of rape of Sherry Douglas in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-4702(A) (Supp.1973). He was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. He seeks reversal of the judgment of conviction on 15 grounds.
