The defendant-appellee, the State of Louisiana, moves to dismiss the appeal of the plaintiff-appellant, Stephen J. Gennuso d/b/a Professional Bonding Service, on the grounds that this court does not have appellate jurisdiction over the subject matter of this appeal.
