The plaintiff-appellee, Colia Preston, filed suit against Chrysler Motors Corporation, Brignac Dodge, Inc., and Magic City Motors, Inc. for damages sustained in a single car accident on November 16, 1974. The accident resulted from the failure of a lower control arm assembly on appellee's automobile.
