FACTS OF CASE

This action was commenced as a filiation proceeding by the King County Prosecuting Attorney. By a judgment on stipulation entered in the Superior Court for King County on November 3, 1969, Glendon D. Booth was determined to be the father of a child born on April 1, 1970, to an unmarried woman. The parents will hereinafter be referred to, respectively, as the "father" and "mother."...
