This suit was instituted by seven persons, all of whom are brothers and sisters, who claim that they are the owners of a tract of land in Acadia Parish on which defendant, South Central Bell Telephone Company, installed an underground telephone cable. Plaintiffs allege that the cable was installed without their permission.
