On October 29, 1972, the appellant and members of his family were involved in an automobile collision with the appellee. The appellant, his wife, and their two children were passengers in an automobile driven by appellant's brother. Although it was disputed, the evidence tended to show that the appellee ran a red light and collided with the appellant's automobile.
