Defendants, Frank Brent McCarroll and Earl McCarroll, were charged by bill of information with nine counts of aggravated assault, violations of La.R.S. 14:37. After a jury trial, each was convicted of eight counts of aggravated assault and sentenced to serve six months on each count; Frank McCarroll's sentences were made to run consecutively, amounting to a four year term, but Earl McCarroll's sentences were made to run concurrently in part so that...
