STOLZ, Judge.

The defendant appeals from his conviction of voluntary manslaughter.

1. The trial judge erred in sustaining the state's objection to defense counsel's question of a prospective juror, "... do you think a person has a right to defend himself if he's being attacked or assaulted?" This was not such a technical legal question as would be inappropriately asked of or answered by a layman-juror. Cf. Lundy v. State, 130 Ga.App...
