The first three causes of action of plaintiff's first amended complaint were against only Edward Lyons who apparently remains a party defendant to the lawsuit; the fourth, fifth and sixth causes of action are against Fireman's Fund Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as Insurer) alone. Insurer's demurrer on the ground the pleading "fails to state a cause of action against" it, was sustained without leave...
