This case is before us on Bristol County Water Company's (the company) statutory petition for certiorari under G.L.1956 (1969 Reenactment) § 39-5-1, as amended. The company seeks review of a decision and order regarding its rate structure issued by the Public Utilities Commission (the commission) on April 30, 1975.
