KELLY, Justice.

This is an appeal by the department of public safety from an order of the county court dismissing driver's-license-revocation proceedings brought under Minn.St. 169.123. The sole issue we consider is whether this court should exercise jurisdiction over the appeal. We hold that it should not and dismiss the appeal.
