Pursuant to the mandate of the United States Supreme Court dated June 14, 1976, ___ U.S. ___, 96 S.Ct. 2102, 48 L.Ed.2d 710, filed herein on July 20, 1976, reversing the judgment of this court, Minn. 228 N.W.2d 249, with costs, the judgment of this court affirming the trial court's judgment is hereby vacated and set aside, and the judgment of the trial court is hereby reversed.
