Plaintiff, Howard H. Hargroder, brought this action seeking an injunction to enforce certain building restrictions against defendants, the City of Eunice and Plan Corporation. From a judgment granting injunctive relief, defendant, Plan Corporation, has appealed. The City of Eunice has not appealed.
