Appellants, defendants in the trial court, appeal from a final judgment setting aside a deed conveying to them certain real property. Appellee's complaint alleged that when Mrs. L.V. Phelps executed and delivered the challenged deed to appellants she was incompetent, and that the transaction was the result of undue influence.
