Defendant appeals his conviction for first degree burglary, ORS 164.225.1 In a separate appeal, consolidated for hearing, defendant challenges revocation of his probation granted in a prior case. He assigns three specifications of error relating to the burglary conviction: (1) the admission of extrajudicial statements made by the codefendant, (2) the admission of testimony from the owner of the burglarized grocery market...
