Defendant Mark Edwin Trost appeals his conviction and sentence for delivery of amphetamines in violation of § 204.401(1)(b), The Code. We reverse and remand for new trial because we find the trial court erred in overruling defendant's exception to the court's refusal to instruct the jury it could consider the conduct of a government informant on the issue of entrapment.
