Defendant Young was charged in a six-count indictment with murder and robbery within the special territorial jurisdiction of the United States, and with bank robbery. After a jury trial, Young was found guilty of first degree murder, as well as of all the other crimes alleged in the indictment. Young has moved for a new trial on the ground that the Court erred in its refusal to strike the entire panel of venire...
