This matter is before us on motion by defendant-appellee to dismiss the appeal of plaintiff for not being perfected timely.

The trial in this case was held on September 11, 1975, and after taking same under advisement, judgment was rendered and signed on November 18, 1975, and on that day the clerk of court mailed notice of the judgment to all counsel of record.
