Defendant appeals from a judgment upon a jury verdict awarding the sum of $18,000 to the infant plaintiff, Steven Antonetti, and the sum of $1,724.90 to plaintiff father, Mark Antonetti. This action arose out of an incident occurring in Pass Arboretum Park which was owned and operated by the defendant, City of Syracuse.
