Plaintiff, Terrace Company, on August 19, 1968, recovered a judgment by confession against defendant Marilyn Calhoun and her mother, Maggie L. Norman. Defendant and her mother filed a motion to open the judgment by confession which motion was granted as to defendant and denied as to her mother. Thereafter, defendant and her mother filed a third-party complaint...
