Appellants, defendants below, appeal from a final summary judgment quieting title to real property.

On April 10, 1975, the trial court entered its final summary judgment which reads in pertinent part as follows:

"THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard upon the Motion of the plaintiffs for summary judgment upon their Complaint to Quiet Title, the defaults previously entered in this action against WILLIAM FRANKLIN DINKINES, PEARL DINKINES...
