Mr. JUSTICE SIMON delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendants, Derrick Butler and Phillip Butler, brothers, were found guilty in a bench trial of armed robbery and attempt rape. They were each sentenced to concurrent terms of 4 to 5 years for armed robbery and 1 to 3 years for attempt rape.

The complainant testified to her ample opportunity to observe the defendants immediately...
