This is an appeal by one defendant, Charles Joseph Larson, from a conviction on one count of conspiracy to commit perjury, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1623, and a conviction on one count of the substantive offense of giving false testimony, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1623.
