On November 21, 1974 complaints were filed and appellants were arrested on charges of burglary.1 Due to various delays trial did not commence within 180 days and accordingly on May 22, 1975 appellants filed applications pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P., Rule 11002 requesting that they be discharged.
