The City of Pleasanton (hereinafter "the City") appeals from a judgment which (1) requires it to perform certain obligations assumed by it in a series of written contracts providing for the annexation of lands to it, and (2) awards accrued and ongoing damages, to respondent Morrison Homes Corporation, for the City's breach of the obligations.
