This is an appeal by two defendants, Charles Joseph Larson, a/k/a Chuck Larson, and Fred Steve Palilla, from convictions of various crimes arising from a scheme to use forged securities as collateral for loans from federally insured banks in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 1014, and to transport such securities in interstate commerce, in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2314.
