Order modified by (1) deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the words, "the relief set forth herein", and substituting therefor the words, "leave to increase the ad damnum clause of the complaint", and (2) adding thereto a provision that "the branch of plaintiffs' motion which was for leave to amend the bill of particulars is hereby granted, except as to `future lost earnings'". As so modified, order affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
