TATUM, Judge.

Appellants, Walter Hembree and his wife, Lola Hembree, and their son, Larry Hembree, were indicted in Cocke County for murder in the first degree. There was a joint trial that resulted in Walter Hembree being convicted of Murder in the Second Degree and sentenced to serve 10 years in the State Penitentiary. Lola Hembree was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to 11 months 29 days in the County Jail and Larry Hembree...
