In 1966 the bankrupt, Sunset Plaza, Inc., contracted with Parsons Corp., a general contractor, to build a shopping center in Norfolk, Nebraska. Upon completion, Sunset Plaza, unable to pay the contractors and subcontractors, filed on May 15, 1969, a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C. § 501 et seq. The reorganization proceedings were soon aborted and on December 9, 1969, Sunset Plaza was adjudicated...
