This is a suit in equity to quiet title to certain real property. Plaintiff's claim is based upon adverse possession. Defendant is the record title holder. Defendant concedes that plaintiff has established a prescriptive use of a portion of the parcel in question denominated as a "roadway" sufficient to gain an easement but denies that plaintiff has established such adverse possession of any of the parcel as to acquire fee title thereto....
